<strike>You might have noticed the paypal donation button down at the bottom of your screen. You might have been really tempted to show your support for open-source hardware projects like the DIYLILCNC with some cold, hard virtual cash.

But then you might have wondered, where does the money go? Why should I help two bearded goons such as Chris and Taylor line their techno-coffers?

Well here's the rub:

You know those beautifully-formatted instructions you may well be pouring over as we speak? We're having them printed into really nice, high-resolution, perfect-bound booklets. If you donate enough, we'll send you one. (We'll post more info as we work through the book-printing process.)

We'll use the money to offset the hosting & domain name fees incurred from keeping DIYLILCNC.org online for you.

We'll use the money for supplies for future modifications to the DIYLILCNC, or maybe even a whole new project.

We may use the money to offset travel expenses if we get invited to present somewhere that can't afford to pay our way.

So think about donating. Even if it's only $5, thats two more feet of Molex cable we can use in our next open-source hardware build.</strike>

Edit: Due to the vagaries of academia, we've taken the donations function off the site. For more info on $ support, contact us.
