SO far that sounds like a good material. Not brittle like acrylic, but still cheap to purchase and cut. Now where do i go about getting my hands on .250" pvc!? Seattle, Wa Area..

Calsak is a great bet. Or you could also try Sun Supply, although you may have to be a business of some sort to order. I'm not sure if they'll do direct sales, but I don't see why not.
