Thanks, Chris, but I meant the panels attached to the corners of the base that the Y-rails and Y-belt clamps attach to. Since originally writing, I read through the plans and realized you already gave a description of how to lay them out. Nevermind.

I'm looking for the same information, but I didn't find it. :( I see the discussion on pg. 26 about how to mount the corners on the base, but I don't see anything about how to mount the Y rails and Y belt clamps to it. From the picture, I think I see how the belt clamps are attached (it looks like they're flush with the top of the corner edges), but how are the Y rails mounted to the base? My first guess was that the corners should have 1/2" holes (cut with a forstner bit) to accept the rails, but the rails are the same width as the base, so that's not possible. Can someone point me to this info? Thanks!

Ah, it never fails for me: I post a question to a forum and then minutes later I discover the answer on my own. :) Page 58 has the information I was looking for.
